From injury to Return to Play

Return to Play: dall’infortunio al ritorno in campo

It is the clinical-functional process that accompanies an athlete from the moment of injury until their safe return to competitive activity. It is not limited to clinical healing, but includes an objective assessment of strength, neuromuscular control and joint stability, as well as considering psychological and predictive aspects. Its goal is to reduce the risk of recurrence and prevent further injuries.

Easytech technologies for the recovery process

Easytech has developed tools that integrate assessment, rehabilitation and prevention in all phases of RTP. Genu and Prima lines dynamometers and N3 devices offer a range of solutions: from objective measurement of muscle strength to stimulation of biological healing processes. This multidisciplinary approach allows the physiotherapist or trainer to follow the athlete with personalised protocols based on objective data and supported by clinical evidence.

Genu and Prima lines: muscle assessment and recovery

The isokinetic dynamometers in the Genu line are designed to assess and rehabilitate the knee and hamstring, which are among the anatomical areas most affected by sports injuries. The Genu line allows for the objective measurement of the knee stabilising muscles.

Prima line devices extend these capabilities to multiple joint areas. Both allow for the customisation of rehabilitation and the monitoring of its effectiveness with objective precision.

N3: muscle strengthening

The N3 device allows to test and increase the eccentric and isometric strength of the knee flexors with protocols based on the Nordic Hamstring exercise, effective in reducing muscle recurrence and improving performance.
