Controlled Elastic Force
The work done with an elastic resistance, characterized by progressive load and lack of inertia, allows to perform tests and exercises that can be customized depending on individual motor abilities in order to promote precocious active recovery of larger joints.
Elastic resistance is proportional to the elongation of the elastic strap and allows to automatically adjust the load according to the joint abilities of patients by applying gradual and customizable loads. In the initial phases, patients are not required to contrast a specific inertia, which means that it is possible to perform exercises more rapidly and quickly change acceleration, thus favoring pliometry and enabling patients to express their force in the shortest time possible.
